Orders containing items that are in stock, are dispatched Tuesday to Friday via our chosen Royal Mail delivery option. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be shipped once all items are available. UK Delivery Options & Pricing: We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. The available options are:
* Royal Mail Special Delivery (£9) – Guaranteed next working day delivery after dispatch (Tuesday - Friday shipping), tracked with signature upon arrival.
Other options such as Tracked 24/48 do not offer insurance for jewellery, so I do not offer these.
Please note that Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances. Lost or Delayed Parcels: If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frame, please allow extra time before contacting us, as delays can sometimes occur. We recommend checking your tracking information for updates. If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, we can take this up with Royal Mail on your behalf and figure out a solution.
